The Founder
- Sara Benoit, the founder of The Keep, is a TBRI ® Practitioner. Over the past decade she has worked with the homeless who are living in shelters. Because of her experience she is frequently asked what resources are available to help someone on the verge of becoming homeless. In 2026 she is turning a page and making a goal of providing a resource that will provide the answer of where to look for help for the many people who find themselves trying to help someone that is about to have to live on the streets.
Mission
The Keep is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people who are either trying to help someone close to becoming homeless or are homeless themselves and don't know where to get help. Please check the blog as your first resource.
